Study on challenges and opportunities for vocational training in the life science industry

biosaxony is the Saxon association for biotechnology, medical technology and the healthcare industry. The network combines the strengths of all member companies and represents their interests in politics and the public. The cluster’s tasks include initiating projects between industry and science, providing services and know-how, and presenting regional competencies in order to support the value-added expansion of these cross-sectional technologies and strengthen the economic region of Saxony.

For the project “InnoVET CLOU – Future Cluster for Innovative Vocational Training” we would like to determine the demand for training and further education in the companies on behalf of SBG Dresden, record the perception of training content and organization and map the current training situation. With your assessment you contribute to a better understanding of the training situation in your company. Where are the challenges and opportunities? Please also participate if you as a company have not explicitly dealt with the topic of training and continuing education. This perspective is also valuable to us. We look forward to your participation.
