Innovation survey of the Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) to Leipzig

In the coming years, the Central German mining region will undergo massive structural change as a result of the lignite phase-out, which can only be successfully managed by expanding research and innovation activities.

The Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) of Leipzig is therefore conducting a company survey to find out how you assess the need for innovation in your industry or company, what support services you need and how you envision cooperation with the large-scale research center planned in the region.

All information provided by the companies will be treated confidentially. The data provided to us will be anonymized, aggregated and used exclusively to fulfill the purpose of the survey. It will not be passed on to third parties. For reasons of better readability, the masculine form has been chosen in the questionnaire; nevertheless, the information provided refers to members of all genders.
The personal data collected as part of the survey will be treated confidentially while ensuring data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO). Further information on our tasks and on the processing of your data can be found at

Participation in the survey is voluntary. We look forward to your active participation. Answering the questions will only take a few minutes.
